Question 160: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he will outline the measures Ireland and the EU are taking to ensure that the Government's of Sudan and South Sudan comply with their binding obligations under international law to allow safe and unhindered access for international humanitarian actors to all civilians and to provide prompt humanitarian assistance to all those in need in the context of the ongoing situation in South Kordofan in general and the Nuba Mountains; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
