Question 158: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade in view of the serious and immediate humanitarian needs of the affected population in South Kordofan in general and the Nuba Mountains in particular, if he will call on the Governments of Sudan and South Sudan to comply with their binding obligations under International Humanitarian Law to allow safe and unhindered access for international humanitarian actors to all civilians and to provide prompt humanitarian assistance to all those in need; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
