Question 47: To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the contingency measures he has put in place to ensure front line services are not adversely affected by public sector workers who under the Croke Park Agreement extension retire before the end of February 2012 in order to have their pension and tax free lump sum calculated based on their 2009 salary.
