The four year yield of €21 million on administrative efficiencies relates primarily to payroll savings across the Vote. They are accumulated and not defined and would be likely to arise more or less in proportion across the four year period. The figure will be €3 million in 2011 and so on and so forth, accumulating to €21 million.
