I heard the Taoiseach's response in regard to the special adviser from his Department and the Department of Health and Children being directly involved in reform exercises. People in my constituency - the Minister, my colleague from the constituency is sitting beside the Taoiseach - do not, as does the Taoiseach, view this as reform.
