Is the Minister satisfied with the manner in which the NCSE has consulted the parents of children from whom it is removing SNA posts? Is he satisfied with the alleged appeals system put in place, which involves a senior special educational needs organiser, SENO, coming to a view of a decision taken by an SENO in another county?
