We need to ensure that work in areas such as section 25 certificates is done properly in the future. That is why I commissioned the reports. I have no intention of sitting on reports because I was the person who appointed Professor Brennan and commissioned the reports. I want to ensure they are published and people can examine them. We can then act very effectively on their recommendations.
