If these were measures that were impacting on well-heeled people with many connections or on banks or professionals with professional bodies and so forth, the matter would not be passed over in this manner. These measures are impacting on people who are poor and an assessment was supposed to have been done on the impact of the budget on the poor. I have some straightforward questions.
