I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the threat to the livelihoods of Irish farmers caused by the budgetary cutbacks which have resulted in cuts to farm waste management grants, forestry grants, suckler cow grants to name but a few.
