On the same issue, I support what has been said about the need for a debate. I also support what my party leader, Deputy Gilmore, said that a mechanism should be found to publish the full report, perhaps through the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health and Children. Will the Taoiseach indicate whether the Government will review again the failure to publish all of the recommendations of the report? Whatever about the rest of the material in the report, it is inexplicable that the recommendations have not been published in full. Will the Taoiseach respond on that and will the Government review the failure to publish the full recommendations so that we can learn from this event?

Will the Government also review the decision to continue not to support the idea of having full social service out-of-hours at weekends when these kinds of issues arise?
