I support the request that this issue be debated as soon as possible, perhaps tomorrow. Clear suicide ideation and intention were expressed by the father of that family and picked up by the funeral undertaker, but the psychiatric services were not engaged. They should have been engaged immediately, with regard to the psychiatric condition of the father in particular. That was not done. We should have a full debate on all issues, including the failure to involve the psychiatric services which could have saved that family.
