I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the following urgent matter: that the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government would urgently bring forward a strategic development zone for the stalled and unfinished housing estates across the north fringe of Dublin city, from Belcamp to Baldoyle, and if he will establish a task force with Fingal County Council and Dublin City Council to investigate all aspects of the pyrite contamination of houses and apartments in part of this and other areas of north County Dublin and if he would also immediately establish a traceability audit of all materials used from an alleged pryrite-contaminated quarry in Dublin 15, and if he would report urgently to Dáil Éireann on this matter.
