I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the following urgent matter: the widespread anxiety and public concern about security matters following the largest and most substantial theft of cash in the history of the State, the protocols and procedures in place between banks and the Garda Síochána in respect of tiger kidnappings and related matters, the resources deployed to the Garda Síochána to maintain surveillance on suspects in this context and if the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, would make a detailed statement in response to this urgent and important matter.
