I seek to move the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the withdrawal of surgical services from Louth County Hospital, Dundalk, thereby denying the people of the Louth catchment area access to proper health care and further overcrowding Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, which is unfair and dangerous to staff and patients at both hospitals.
