I seek to move the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the 23 young farmers in County Kerry who were notified in July that they have qualified for FETAC grants and had been guaranteed in writing by Teagasc that they would receive their certificates within six weeks of that date, but who have not yet received the aforementioned certificates. Will the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food provide a guarantee that these young farmers are still eligible for installation aid?
