Question : To ask the Minister for Health and Children if she will request the Health Information and Quality Authority, HIQA, to carry out a full inquiry into the circumstances of the deaths of Ann Moriarty and Edel Kelly, and into allegations that there was a failure to diagnose breast cancer, particularly in view of the fact that early diagnosis and treatment might have saved the lives of the two women. Will the Minister make a statement on the matter?
