I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the following urgent matter, namely, the serious concerns of local people about the hazards arising from a plan by the company, Rentokill, and South Dublin County Council, to transport cylinders of hydrogen cyanide from Ballymount in Dublin for disposal at a Defence Forces' facility at Manor Kilbride in County Wicklow.
