I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance and public interest, namely, the failure of the State to execute bench warrants on 36,000 suspected criminals, including nine suspected rapists, who are at large and pose a significant threat to people in communities throughout the country, and whose bench warrants go back as far as 1999.
