I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the following matter of national importance, namely, the threat to the education of primary school children in light of the financial burden placed on schools which are unable to meet the demand for excessive water charges levied on a piecemeal basis, without apparent logic or reason.
