I seek the adjournment of the Dáil to discuss the following matter of national importance requiring urgent consideration, namely, the implications for public transport of the removal of the refund of excise duty on fuel used in passenger transport services; and the need for the Minister for Transport to put appropriate alternative support measures in place.
