I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the possible implications which the mid-term review of the Common Agricultural Policy may have for farmers and assess whether the 2003 reforms have been beneficial and the extent to which decoupling, in particular, has impacted on farmers' incomes and viability.
