I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the decision by the Government to opt out of the charter of fundamental rights in the new reform treaty, whether all the Government parties agreed to the opt-out and the reason the Government concealed this important decision from the public.
