I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to outline his position in respect of the M3 at Tara, whether he intends to reverse the decision of his predecessor and whether he or his party had any prior contact with his predecessor before a decision was made to build over the henge at Lismullen.
