Question 51: To ask the Minister for Transport if he will ensure that the financial envelope for metro north is sufficient to allow the line to be kept underground through Ballymun and for an acceptable station design at DCU to ensure that the project does not negatively impact on local residents, local traffic movements and the local environment.
