I wish to seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, to discuss the fact that Kerry has the longest waiting time for psychiatric care in the State and the need to provide the necessary resources in order to ensure that those in need of treatment are seen within a reasonable time.
