I seek leave to move a motion for the Adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of national importance and concern, namely, the urgent need to support Dublin Bay Watch Limited, Clontarf, in its efforts to stop the 52-acre infill of Dublin Bay, to prevent Dublin Port's efficiency from being endangered by the encroaching city, the congestion that it brings, and the resulting capacity constraints, and to guard Dublin's wonderfully unique and historic bay and protect and preserve something that belongs to the Irish people.
