I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the fact that Greencore has today refused to comply with a Labour Court invitation to return before it to discuss the redundancy package offered to former employees of the Mallow sugar factory and has also threatened to withdraw the existing redundancy payment.
