I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to introduce immediately legislation or regulations to implement the recommendations of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources regarding the location of masts, to prevent their siting near schools, built-up areas and play areas; and to make a statement on the matter.
