Question 132: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether there is currently inadequate prison capacity in the State due to the closure of a number of prisons; if he has proposals to deal with the present crisis; and the reason he paid at least €15 million too much for the Thornton Hall farm.
