I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the urgent necessity for the location of emergency ambulance services in Carrick-on Suir, County Tipperary as the lives of heart attack and road accident patients are put at risk because the existing emergency ambulance services operating from Clonmel and Waterford cannot meet the required standard response times.
