I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Government to implement the terms of the 30 year old Kenny report on the price of building land in view of the fact that house prices rose by 270% in the past ten years and today's revelation that house prices in the first few months of this year have risen at three times last year's increases and to ask the Minister to make a statement on the matter.
