I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following specific and important matter, namely, the need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to bring Ireland into line with other European Union countries by bringing forward legislation to implement the European Union framework decision on combating trafficking in persons for the purpose of their sexual and labour exploitation and to implement the Council of Europe convention on action against trafficking in human beings.
