I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the serious situation facing hundreds of families in Dublin 15 whose junior infant children have been refused a primary school place for next September and the need for the Minister for Education and Science to take urgent steps to ensure that places are available for all children when the new school year begins.
