I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of national importance and concern, namely, the urgent need to assist the families of victims of the Stardust fire tragedy in Artane on St. Valentine's Day 1981, to hold a fresh inquiry into that terrible fire and for all Members of the Dáil and Seanad actively to support the families in their efforts to secure truth and justice.
