I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the failure by the Minister of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to place any of the six nominees put forward by 24 environmental organisations on to the board of the Environmental Protection Agency's advisory board.
