I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: on International Day against Racism, the need for the Government to develop and implement a proactive, viable, comprehensive national strategy for the positive integration of immigrants and ethnic minorities into society, and for the mainstreaming of measures in all levels of Government and public services.
