I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: on International Day against Racism, the need for the Government to address the role it is playing in encouraging racism by failing to deliver adequate resources for health, housing, education and social security, resulting in the wrongful scapegoating of immigrants and ethnic minorities.
