I seek the adjournment of Dáil Éireann under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of urgent public and national concern, namely, the need to publish the full Farrell, Grant, Sparks report on the Marino Institute of Education in order to resolve the concerns about the lack of transparency in the use of public money paid to Coláiste Mhuire, which receives about €5 million per year; the financial settlement paid to the former president of the institute; staff leaving the college in recent months citing an unhealthy and unacceptable working environment as the reasons for their departure; and to have an open debate on this important and valuable college.
