I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, that the Minister for Health and Children immediately review her policy on implementing the capital development programme at Ennis General Hospital in view of the critical situation that prevails at the hospital with regard to the lack of beds and general overcrowding. This morning in the hospital there were patients in the reception area due to overcrowding——
