I acknowledge what Deputy Rabbitte and Deputy Kenny said in regard to the University College Galway (Amendment) Bill. There was a level of agreement and much co-operation with the Whips on the taking of this Bill. Another issue arose in regard to putting the Teaching Council on a statutory footing which I understand was discussed with the Whips.
