I seek leave to move a motion for the adjournment of the Dáil on the following specific and important matter of public interest and urgent consideration, namely, the significant problems at the Dublin Port tunnel which include cracks in the tunnel, major leaks, 235 damaged homes, poor ventilation, noise and disruption over five years, flooding, pollution of the River Tolka and the considerable cost overruns on this project.
