I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the immediate need for the Government, particularly the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, to stop the wholesale sacking of community employment workers and supervisors and the destruction of community employment schemes by immediately removing the cap on these schemes; and the need to allow the Minister to make a statement on the matter.
