I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the deportation of 120 Afghan men seeking asylum in Ireland who failed in their appeal for refugee status, the major concerns for their safety and human rights in a war zone such as Afghanistan and the need to allow them to stay in Ireland as a matter of urgency.
