I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the need for the Government to advance and implement an immediate strategy on homelessness as we enter the bitter winter months and as an increasing number of people find themselves having to survive on the streets. This requires urgent action to be taken before any further deaths occur this winter as a result of homelessness.
