I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate a matter of major national importance, namely, the loss of 100 jobs at the Department of Agriculture and Food, Davitt House, Castlebar, County Mayo, where Mayo people are being forced to move to Portlaoise or accept alternative employment on the Garda PULSE system for which they are not primarily trained and the need for the Minister for Agriculture and Food to intervene.
