I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to come before the House and express the extent to which he continues to maintain confidence in the board of the Environmental Protection Agency and the manner in which the agency makes available information regarding the making of decisions, particularly on licences for proposed incinerators at Ringaskiddy, County Cork, and Duleek, County Meath.
