I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to facilitate the discussion of an issue of national importance, namely, the ongoing indecision in respect of An Post and the need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, at the first available opportunity, to debate the issue with a view to identification of the cause or causes, which have led to the dispute, and to a lasting resolution.
