Question 95: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the number on social housing waiting lists: if he has set a timeframe for the elimination of social housing waiting lists; and if he will implement the proposals in the NESC report on housing for an increase of 73,000 units of permanent social housing units in net terms between 2005 and 2012.
