I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of national importance and concern, namely, the serious threat to Dublin Bay by the proposal to infill 52 acres; the potential threat of flooding to areas such as Clontarf and Fairview and the need for diversion of port traffic from Dublin to satellite ports in the region.
