This is on the Order Paper, which is why I raise it. At present, there is scarcely another issue in this State, with the possible exception of the health service, that is more important. Therefore, I ask if the Government will provide time for this item to be debated. I draw the Taoiseach's attention to No. 64 on the Order Paper. It is a motion calling on the European Commission to bring forward a European ferries directive, which would effectively deal with the current crisis and the issue of ferry services and the exploitation of workers.
